If PoliSim Supporter is not right for you, you get your money back. Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund what you paid, no questions asked.

How to ask

Write to support@barkbabark.com and include the email you bought with. You don't need to give a reason.

Tell us an address to send it to, on the network you paid on and one you control. A transfer can't be undone, so check it twice. We send back what you paid in USDC, pay the network fee, and write back when it is sent.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway. If something we changed stopped PoliSim Supporter working, we will fix it or refund you. If you were charged twice, the extra charge is refunded in full.

Your unlock after a refund

A refund ends the purchase, so please stop using the code. PoliSim checks codes in your browser and never reports back, so we rely on you for this.

Your rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, these 14 days are also your legal right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and we do not ask you to give that right up when the unlock is delivered. Writing to us as above is how you use it. This promise comes on top of any other rights the consumer laws of your country give you.
