These terms cover buying PoliSim Supporter for PoliSim, and they are short on purpose.

Who sells it

You pay in USDC, and we sell PoliSim Supporter to you directly, under these terms.

Paying in USDC

• The price is 5 USDC (a dollar stablecoin), paid once with no subscription. Nothing is added to it at checkout.
• Your order gets a deposit address of its own, on the network you choose: Base, Arbitrum One, OP Mainnet, Polygon PoS or Ethereum, and only USDC on that network counts. The order stays open for 14 days.
• A payment up to 0.50 USDC short of the price is accepted, to cover an exchange's withdrawal fee.
• A blockchain payment can't be reversed, and anything sent in another token, on another network, or after the order has closed is not credited to the order. Write to us with the transaction link and we will send back what we can recover, less the network fee. If you pay more than the price, we send back the extra on request.
• When the payment is confirmed, your unlock link appears on the order page and we email it to you.

What you get

• PoliSim Supporter: a supporter badge on run summaries, three extra local save slots, and no ads for you if ads ever come to PoliSim.
• PoliSim itself stays free for everyone. Supporter is a thank-you, not a way past the game.

Your unlock

• The unlock link turns on the supporter perks in the browser you open it in. Open it in each browser you play PoliSim in.
• The perks live in that browser's storage, so clearing the site's data removes them. Open the link again to bring them back.
• Lost the link? It is in the email, and we can send it again.
• Your email is written into your code, and anyone who sees the link can read it, so don't publish it or give it to others to use. If it leaks, write to us and we will send you a new one.

When a purchase ends

A refund ends the purchase, and so does selling a code or posting it publicly. PoliSim checks codes in your browser and never reports back, so we rely on you to stop using a refunded one, and later versions may stop accepting it.

Warranty and liability

If you buy as a consumer, the law where you live may give you a guarantee that what you bought works as described, and nothing here reduces it. Nothing in these terms limits your legal remedies if what you bought is not as described. For other losses, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid.

None of this limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for harm caused on purpose or through gross negligence.

Refunds

See Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change applies to purchases made after that date. It never takes away what you already bought.
