These terms cover buying the Globejump Pass (Lifetime) for Globejump, and they are short on purpose.

Who sells it

You pay in USDC, and we sell the Globejump Pass (Lifetime) to you directly, under these terms.

Paying in USDC

• The price is 14.99 USDC (a dollar stablecoin), paid once with no subscription. Nothing is added to it at checkout.
• Your order gets a deposit address of its own, on the network you choose: Base, Arbitrum One, OP Mainnet, Polygon PoS or Ethereum, and only USDC on that network counts. The order stays open for 14 days.
• A payment up to 0.50 USDC short of the price is accepted, to cover an exchange's withdrawal fee.
• A blockchain payment can't be reversed, and anything sent in another token, on another network, or after the order has closed is not credited to the order. Write to us with the transaction link and we will send back what we can recover, less the network fee. If you pay more than the price, we send back the extra on request.
• When the payment is confirmed, your unlock link appears on the order page and we email it to you.

What you get

• The Globejump Pass, Lifetime: Medium and Hard on every themed map, and Hide and Seek past Easy.
• The daily, World at any difficulty, Easy on every map and challenges stay free for everyone.
• Lifetime means one payment with no renewal, for as long as we run Globejump. If we ever close it, we will say so here and by email at least 90 days before.

Your unlock

• The unlock link brings the Pass to the device you open it on. On another device, open the link again, or paste the code into Restore the Pass.
• One code works on up to five devices. If you need more, write to us.
• Lost the link? It is in the email, and we can send it again.
• Your email is written into your code, and anyone who sees the link can read it, so don't publish it or give it to others to use. If it leaks, write to us and we will send you a new one and turn the old one off.

When a purchase ends

A refund ends the purchase, and we turn its code off on our side, on every save or device it opened. If a code is sold or posted publicly, we may turn it off after writing to you; using it on your own devices within the limit is always fine.

Warranty and liability

If you buy as a consumer, the law where you live may give you a guarantee that what you bought works as described, and nothing here reduces it. Nothing in these terms limits your legal remedies if what you bought is not as described. For other losses, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid.

None of this limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for harm caused on purpose or through gross negligence.

Refunds

See Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change applies to purchases made after that date. It never takes away what you already bought.
